The fiery Rocky Romero has been winning championships all over the world since the early 2000s. The Havana, Cuba native has been especially successful in tag team competition, having won the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Titles three times with three different partners and the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Titles eight times with three different partners.

Romero made his ROH debut in 2004 as one half of the Havana Pit Bulls with Ricky Reyes. The duo would go on to win the ROH World Tag Team Championships. Romero later won the titles with Davey Richards (The Rottweilers) and Alex Koslov (The Forever Hooligans). In 2015, Romero formed Roppongi Vice with Beretta, and the duo won the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Titles four times. Romero is also a former IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion and three-time CMLL World Super Lightweight Champion.
