Known as “The Icon of STARDOM”, Mayu Iwatani is one of the best professional wrestlers in the world, regardless of gender. Mayu was among the first pupils in the inaugural STARDOM Dojo class but quickly established herself among the upper echelon. Trained by Women of Honor alumnae and legendary Japanese wrestler Nanae Takahashi, Mayu quickly captured five of the active championships in STARDOM, including the premier championship, the Word of STARDOM Championship.
Mayu made her Women of Honor debut in the winter of 2018 in the Women of Honor World Championship Tournament, defeating Hazuki and Deonna Purrazzo before falling to Kelly Klein in the semifinals at Supercard of Honor 2018. Since then, Mayu picked up the victory in the history-making eight-woman tag, the first Women of Honor match to air on a traditional ROH Pay Per View at Best in the World 2018, scoring the pinfall.
Since then, Mayu has continued to pick up victory after victory all around the globe in her quest to be the best professional wrestler in the world!
