BJ Whitmer has been wreaking havoc in Ring of Honor since 2003. He’s had success as a singles wrestler, but his greatest achievements have been in the tag team division. Whitmer is a four-time co-holder of the ROH World Tag Team Titles, twice with Dan Maff and twice with Jimmy Jacobs. Whitmer also was a member of factions The Prophecy and The Hangmen 3 before leaving ROH in 2008.

He returned in 2012 and went on to form The Decade with Jacobs and Roderick Strong. Whitmer later recruited arch rival Steve Corino’s son, Colby, into The Decade. An extremely personal and violent feud between Whitmer and Steve Corino climaxed with Whitmer winning a Fight Without Honor with help from Kevin Sullivan in 2016. Later, Whitmer, Corino, Sullivan and Punishment Martinez formed a short-lived alliance. Whitmer has also been doing color commentating for ROH.
