Pre-match comments from Josh Woods

Pure Rules Match: Will Ferrara (w/Eric Martin) vs. Josh Woods
(15-minute time limit)

ROH Pure Champion Jonathan Gresham, who would put his title on the line against Woods at Death Before Dishonor, sat in on commentary. Woods picked up Ferrara for a gutwrench, but Ferrara grabbed the rope for his first rope break. Woods applied the Gorilla Lock, but Ferrara used his second rope break. Ferrara targeted Woods’ left arm and locked on a short-arm scissors. Woods powered Ferrara up onto his shoulder and propelled himself backward.

Woods grabbed a waistlock, but Ferrara was in the corner and used his third rope break. Ferrara surged forward and Woods went shoulder-first into the turnbuckle. Woods rocked Ferrara with a forearm to the face and followed with a rolling German suplex into a bridge for the win in 6:18.

After the match, Gresham met Woods in the aisle and shook his hand, but then blew him a kiss.

Pre-match comments from ROH World Television Champion Dragon Lee & Kenny King and Chris Dickinson & Homicide

ROH World Tag Team Title Match: Champions Chris Dickinson & Homicide of Violence Unlimited vs. Dragon Lee & Kenny King of La Faccion Ingobernable
(45-minute time limit)

King and Lee isolated Homicide. After King missed a springboard legdrop, Homicide tagged Dickinson, and Dickinson came in with a head of steam. Dickinson applied a cross-armbreaker on Lee, but Lee managed to shift his weight into a pinning combination for a two count. Dickinson planted Lee with a Death Valley Driver for a near fall. Homicide hit a cutter on King and covered him, but Lee drove Dickinson on top of them to break up the pin.

King answered with a double underhook powerbomb on Homicide for a near fall. Lee hit a suicide dive on Dickinson and tossed him back in the ring. King hit Royal Flush on Dickinson for a near fall. Lee hit Incinerator on Dickinson to win the match and the title in 14:08.

This is the second reign for King and Lee, who technically never lost the title. When Lee was injured and unable to compete in his and King’s scheduled title defense in March against The Foundation’s Tracy Williams and Rhett Titus, his father, Bestia del Ring, took his place, and Bestia and King lost.

Lee is now a double champion for the second time.
