PCO pre-match interview before facing Dalton Castle in Final Battle Tournament semifinals

Highlights from Glory By Honor: Final Battle Tournament Semifinal: Marty Scurll vs. Jay Lethal

Lethal started with a flurry of offense right after the opening bell. During the latter stages of the match, a series of reversals led to Scurll locking on the Chicken Wing, but Lethal managed to turn it into a pinning combination for a near fall. Scurll got the Chicken Wing on again. Lethal could not escape, and he tapped out.

Highlights from Glory By Honor: Final Battle Tournament Semifinal: PCO vs. Dalton Castle

PCO hit a DDT and shotgun dropkick. Castle answered with a short DDT, but he got just a one count. Castle connected with a knee to the back of PCO’s head followed by a T-bone suplex. PCO came back with a chokeslam and then finished off Castle with a moonsault.

From Glory By Honor: Final Battle Tournament Final: PCO vs. Marty Scurll

Before the match began, Scurll grabbed a microphone and told fellow Villain Enterprises member PCO he doesn’t want this match to come between them. He said they shouldn’t bend the rules and may the best man win. PCO accepted Scurll’s offer of a handshake, but then Scurll nailed PCO in the face with his umbrella and covered him for a two count.

Scurll stayed on the offensive, but PCO eventually rallied. PCO put Scurll on a table on the floor and climbed to the top rope, but Scurll recovered and slammed PCO off the top rope and through the table. After the referee was inadvertently knocked out, Villain Enterprises’ Brody King came out and hit a pump kick and Black Hole Slam on PCO. Scurll covered him, but PCO kicked out at two.

After Scurll inadvertently took out King, the referee was knocked down again. Flip Gordon of Villain Enterprises came out and hit Kinder Surprise on PCO. Scurll then nailed PCO in the face with one of the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Title belts, but PCO kicked out at the very last second. PCO took out King and Gordon with a tope con hilo, and then hit a moonsault on Scurll, but Scurll kicked out just in time. After PCO missed a cannonball on the apron, Scurll connected with a lariat for a near fall. PCO hit a lariat of his own and then hit another moonsault. This time, Scurll did not kick out.

PCO will go on to the Final Battle pay-per-view on Dec. 13 in Baltimore to challenge RUSH for the ROH World Championship.
