Legendary Atlantis To Make ROH Debut In Texas

All-time great CMLL star Atlantis makes his long-awaited ROH debut when Ring of Honor heads to the Lonestar State on Friday June 15 in San Antonio and Saturday June 16 in Dallas! The masked Atlantis has been competing since 1983 and has always worn a mask adorned with two fish representing his mythologic link to the lost city of Atlantis!

Atlantis has made his name around the globe over the last 35 years defending his mask, going 18-0 in documented mask vs. mask or hair matches, including emphatic and historic wins against rivals like Villano III and Ultimo Guerrero. Atlantis’ championship history began nearly at the start of his career but his most memorable championship reign was holding the CMLL World Lightheavyweight Championship for nearly two years!

Atlantis has also gained status as a cultural icon in Mexico appearing in movies and on television and makes his return to the United States in his first recorded match in seven years in what may be just the second time in his career! Don’t not miss your opportunity to see one of the true legends of Lucha Libre in Texas this summer when ROH returns to San Antonio and Dallas!
