The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) dominated the tag team scene in 2017. They began the year as ROH World Tag Team Champions, and after losing the titles in March to Matt and Jeff Hardy, they regained them from the Hardys a month later in an unforgettable ladder match at Supercard of Honor. *Available on ROH DVD* With that victory, the Bucks became three-time ROH World Tag Team Champions; only the Briscoes have held the titles more times. The Young Bucks became double champions in August when they and fellow Bullet Club member Adam Page defeated Dalton Castle and The Boys for the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Titles.
As highly decorated as The Young Bucks are (they also captured their seventh IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship for New Japan-Pro Wrestling in 2018), they are not defined by championships alone. With their innovative, high-risk moves and frenetically paced matches, they continue to redefine tag team wrestling, and they have also played a major role in making Bullet Club an international phenomenon.
