Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. Please review the shipping costs prior to placing an order. Rates are determined by the number of products, weight of the items, and shipping address. Please be advised that bulky items may cost more to ship due to the size of the packaging. 


Order Processing & Ship Times
Most orders are processed and shipped via USPS for domestic orders and UPS for international orders within 1-3 business days, which excludes weekends and major holidays. Many shirts are made to order (DTG) and are printed on demand when orders come in. For these print-on-demand items, processing may take 7-10 business days. Domestic delivery is typically 3-5 business days, while international delivery may take up to 21 business days. In some cases, it may take up to an additional 3 weeks for an international order to clear customs. 


International Customs Fees & Duties
For international orders, please be aware that customs charges and applicable taxes do apply and are not included in the shipping charges. When ordering, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be imported to the destination country as the recipient. As the importer of record on your order, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. If you are outside of the USA, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country that you will have to pay for once the shipment reaches you. These additional charges for customs clearances must be paid by the recipient of the order. Ring of Honor has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they might be. As policies range from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for more information. Many times, delays in international shipments are due to the customs clearance process. If your order does not arrive within our shipping timeline, please check with your local customs office to as they may be holding the package for payment of fees. Some customs offices send a separate invoice for customs fees that may arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs charges in your country before you order. 

Customs, duties, taxes (VAT) and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. 


Damaged Shipments
Ring of Honor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. The shipment provider updates orders once they arrive at their processing center from our warehouse. Please check with the shipment provider for updates once shipped using the tracking number you receive via email. 


Care & Quality
We take pride in the quality of our product and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you find a defect our Quality Control process may have missed, please refer to our returns process and contact customer service.
