Returns will be accepted and processed only under the following conditions:
1. All sales are final, non-refundable, and not subject to cancellation by the customer. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and describe the problem. Returns require prior authorization from Ring of Honor’s Customer Care Team.
2. All approved returns must be in the same condition, in their original packaging and return-shipped to Ring of Honor Wrestling Entertainment LLC c/o Damivada; 101 Front Street; Smyrna, TN 37167 USA. Ring of Honor will not replace or refund a returned item received by Ring of Honor in a damaged condition (other than damage resulting from shipment to the customer) or not in its original packaging. Ring of Honor reserves the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of alterations, damage, misuse, wash, or wear.
3. Ring of Honor will not provide a replacement until the returned item is received by ROH within 14 days of the customer's receipt of the merchandise. If a replacement item is no longer available, the price of the originally purchased item will be refunded.
4. All Ticket sales are non-refundable. However, in the unlikely event that a show must be canceled, customers will receive either a ticket of equal value to the rescheduled show or a complete refund via the original method of payment.
