This past Friday & Saturday night Ring of Honor brought the best pro wrestling on the planet to Chattanooga, TN and Birmingham, AL! Dubbed “The Road to Greatness” weekend, these events featured a tag match between the four semi-finalists in the World Title Tournament, the World Tag Team Champions in a Four Corner Proving Ground, many new faces looking to prove themselves, and a whole lot more! The Road To Greatness: Night 1 – East Ridge, TN 9/6/13
1. Roderick Strong defeated Raymond Rowe
2. Adrenaline RUSH (ACH & Tadarius Thomas) beat Alabama Attitude (Corey Hollis & Mike Posey)
3. “God's Gift” QT Marshall w/ Veda Scott pinned Cheeseburger
4. Non-Title Match: Davey Richards submitted World TV Champion Matt Taven w/ Truth Martini & The Hoopla Hotties
5. Jay Lethal beat Luke Hawx
6. World Tag Team Champion Bobby Fish defeated Caprice Coleman
7. World Tag Team Champion Kyle O'Reilly submitted Cedric Alexander
8. Kevin Steen & Michael Elgin beat Adam Cole & Tommaso Ciampa; After the match, Cole again refused to follow the Code of Honor
 
The Road To Greatness: Night 2- Birmingham, AL 9/7/13
1. “The Sicilian Psychopath” Tommaso Ciampa pinned Luke Hawx
2. Kevin Steen beat “God's Gift” QT Marshall
3. “Unbreakable” Michael Elgin defeated Raymond Rowe
4. Michael Bennett pinned Davey Richards in part thank to a distraction from Maria
5. Proving Ground Match: Jay Lethal beat World TV Champion Matt Taven to earn a TV Title match during “Death Before Dishonor XI” weekend
6. Proving Ground Instant Reward: World Tag Team Champions reDRagon (Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly) beat C&C Wrestle Factory (Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander), Adrenaline RUSH (ACH & Tadarius Thomas), and Alabama Attitude (Corey Hollis & Mike Posey) to deny all of them a title shot that night
7. Ringmaster's Challenge: Adam Cole defeated Roderick Strong 2-1
- Cole captured the first fall via pinfall w/ the Florida Key
- Strong picked up the second fall via submission w/ the Stronghold
- Cole won the 3rd fall, the 15-Minute Iron Man match, 2-1 by letting the time limit expire
 
Ring of Honor is back on the road Friday September 20th and Saturday the 21st for a pair of HUGE events in Philadelphia! On Friday it's “Death Before Dishonor XI” which will feature the semi-finals & finals of the World Title Tournament, an IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Title defense, the first US appearance in ROH for Ricky Marvin, and more! Then on Saturday, as part of the ROH TV Tapings, Marvin will again be in action as will The Forever Hooligans of Rocky Romero & Alex Koslov plus all four competitors in the World Title Tournament including the NEW World Champion!
