Pursuit: Night 1
Ford Performance Center - Dearborn, MI
Jay Briscoe has issued an open challenge for his real World Championship. Silas Young responded in Dearborn.
Jay Briscoe defeated Silas Young.
Cedric Alexander defeated Tadarius Thomas and Bobby Fish in a Three Way by pinning Thomas.
ROH World Television Champion Matt Taven successfully retained against Michigan favorite Zach Gowen. After the match, the HOT tried to assault Gowan with his own crutch until Taven's Final Battle opponent, Tommaso Ciampa, cleared the ring.
Jay Lethal got the win over "Die Hard" Eddie Edwards in a match that had the entire crowd on their feet cheering.
The returning Barrister R.D. Evans beat Hakim Zane. Veda Scott challenged Tommaso Ciampa to face the Barrister immediately, but Matt Taven jumped Ciampa outside the ring. Evans and Scott declared a victory by count out.
In the second triple threat match of the night, Caprice Coleman was victorious over Kyle O'Reilly and ACH. That made C&C 2-for-2 heading into their huge Columbus tag title shot.
Mark Briscoe vs. "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin was ruled a no contest after breaking down thanks to interference by Jay Briscoe and Silas Young.
Roderick Strong defeated Davey Richards
Ring of Honor World Championship
Adam Cole retained his title over Jimmy Jacobs. Jacobs got the shot by earning more victories than losses in his recent Trial Series. Post match, Jacobs gave an impassioned interview about his journey back into the ROH title picture.

Ohio Expo Center - Columbus, OH
Silas Young defeated Tadarius Thomas
Jimmy Jacobs was victorious over local giant Sik Rik Matrix. Nigel McGuinness congratulated Jacobs and confirmed that he has his job back. However, when Jacobs asked who he would be facing at Final Battle, McGuinness admitted that he hadn't made a match for Jimmy in NYC and so Jacobs will have to sit out Final Battle.
Tommaso Ciampa defeated Mark Briscoe in a hard hitting contest
Outlaw Inc. beat the American Wolves (Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards)
ROH World Champion Adam Cole defeated ACH in a Proving Ground match where ACH could have won a future World Title opportunity.
Four Way Action: Michael Elgin pinned Roderick Strong. Earlier in the match, Jay Lethal sent TV Champion Matt Taven through a ringside table with a giant elbow drop.
Steve Corino attempted to interview Jay Briscoe about his upcoming title match at Final Battle. Elgin and Cole both stormed the ring, but in the end it was Adam Cole left standing.
ROH World Tag Team Championship
reDRagon (Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly) retained over C&C Wrestle Factory (Caprice Coleman and Cedric Alexander). After the defeat, Caprice took the mic and explained that he was ending the team of C&C. In Coleman's view, he and Cedric had done all they could as a team and it was time to see what lies ahead on their own. He praised Alexander as the future of wrestling. This match and post-show comments were emotionally intense and instantly must-see.
