- “Showdown in the Sun” is THIS weekend and you can expect ROH to go above and beyond to deliver the best possible events during this Spring Break of Pro Wrestling! Both days have stellar cards on paper and ROH officials have said that each day will contain matches not announced in advance. The War Memorial is the place to be this weekend and BOTH days will be available on iPPV as Ring of Honor Wrestling continues to bring you the absolute best professional wrestling on the planet! - This past weekend on “Ring of Honor Wrestling” TV, Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin went at it with Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander in a tag team bout that saw Caprice & Cedric get the upset victory! The deciding factor came when The Briscoes, looking to even the score for the repeated chair assaults WGTT have inflicted upon them, attacked Haas with a steel chair, allowing Coleman & Alexander to pick up the win. Jim Cornette immediately announced that the Briscoe’s would be fined for there actions and there would be a rematch between WGTT and Coleman & Alexander on March 30th at “Showdown in the Sun – Day 1”! - Don’t forget that THIS Friday night, March 30th, Ring of Honor will be holding a special Fan Fest prior to the start of “Showdown in the Sun” at the historic War Memorial Auditorium. This is your chance to meet the wrestlers of Ring of Honor, get their autographs, and get the rare opportunity to meet the one & only Lance Storm in person! In addition to Storm, taking part in this special Meet & Greet from 4pm-6pm are: ROH World Champion Davey Richards, ROH World Tag Team Champions Jay & Mark Briscoe, ROH World TV Champion Jay Lethal, “Die Hard” Eddie Edwards, Roderick Strong, The All Night Express (Rhett Titus & Kenny King), and Wrestling’s Greatest Tag Team (Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin). 8x10 photos will be available for purchase and the ROH merchandise table will be open for business during the Fan Fest. There is no admission fee to get in, and you don’t have to have a ticket to the “Showdown In The Sun” event to get in either, this one is open to everybody! - So many matches have the potential to steal the show this weekend including the battle of former Future Shock partners Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly. For the majority of their ROH careers, Adam Cole & Kyle O’Reilly have been synonymous with one another as the tag team Future Shock. They climbed the ranks together, battled for the World Tag Titles together, and most fans thought they would eventually claim those belts together. But things change and Future Shock will explode this Saturday at “Showdown in the Sun”!

- The Spring Break of Pro Wrestling kicks off on Thursday March 29th when NWA Ring Warriors presents “Battle of the Belts” at the National Guard Armory in Ft. Lauderdale. NWA World Heavyweight Champion Adam Pearce issued an open challenge for this event that was answered by ROH officials including Jim Cornette. Mr. Cornette has yet to name the opponent for Pearce but has stated that this young lion of ROH is on a roll and will prove to be a future champion.
