Ring of Honor returned to The Du Burns Arena in Baltimore Saturday night for "Best in the World 2013" with Jay & Mark Briscoe fighing it out over the World Title, S.C.U.M having an opportunity to claim TWO ROH championships, Steen versus Hardy, and a whole lot more!  Read on for the complete results:
Best in the World 2013 - Baltimore, MD 6/22/13
1. BJ Whitmer pinned "The Prodigy" Mike Bennett; The end came after Brutal Bob attempted to interfere and following the match Bennett & Maria yelled at Bob and walked out without him
2. The American Wolves (Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards) beat Adrenaline RUSH (ACH & Tadarius Thomas) when Davey pinned ACH
3. Adam Cole beat Roderick Strong via Count Out; At the end Strong was on the receiving end of a Superkick on the apron that knocked him off and through a table. After attempting to help Strong back up, Cole elected to drop him at the 15 count and take the Count Out victory.  As Cole left the ring, Steve Corino left the commentary table to go and try to talk to Adam...
4. "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin beat "The Sicilian Psychopath" Tommaso Ciampa; RD Evans replaced Steve Corino at the commentary table and after the end, called QT Marshall to come to the ring and tried to confront Ciampa, thinking they were vulnerable, but instead turned tail and ran when they stood up to him
5. World TV Title Match: Matt Taven defeated Jimmy Jacobs & Jay Lethal to retain following some distraction from the Hoopla Hotties; Taven pinned Lethal while Jimmy was restrained by Truth Martini
6. World Tag Title Match: reDRagon (Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish) beat C&C Wrestle Factory (Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander) and S.C.U.M (Rhett Titus & Cliff Compton) to retain when Kyle pinned Cedric after the Chasing The Dragon
- Prior to the start of the next match, Steve Corino got on the microphone and ran down the city of Baltimore for their heroes and how they could possibly boo an icon like Matt Hardy but cheer Kevin Steen.  Kevin came to the ring and had a request for Nigel. He essentially stated that since everyone knows SCUM won’t keep their noses out of the match, and since he will be damned if it ends in a disqualification, he requested a No DQ match. 7. No DQ Match: Matt Hardy beat Kevin Steen after a Side Effect on a ladder and a Twist of Fate through chairs; Following the match, S.C.U.M continue to assault Steen with no one coming to his aid...
8. World Title Match: Jay Briscoe beat Mark Briscoe to retain following a succession of Superkicks and a 3rd Jay Driller; This was a hard-hitting fight that saw a table come into play, as well as Jay survive a Cutthroat Driver from Mark and Mark kick out of TWO Jay Drillers!
