The Title Tournament Rolls on & The Tag Scene Is Shaken Up...
Ring of Honor debuted at the Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto last Saturday night with “All Star Extravaganza V”! Featuring the continuation of the World Title Tournament, the amazing crowd also bore witness to another shake-up in the tag team title scene as well as debuts, returns, and unfortunately, a very scary scene with our own BJ Whitmer.

2. First Round World Title Tournament Match: Tommaso Ciampa defeated Silas Young to advance
3. First Round World Title Tournament Match: Michael Bennett vs. BJ Whitmer ended in a No Contest after BJ suffered a serious injury due to a piledriver on the ring apron; Contrary to Kevin Kelly's statement in the above embedded video, ROH officials have NOT determined how this NC will affect the World Title Tournament and Nigel McGuinness will address that situation shortly. As for BJ, he has checked out of the hospital and will be back home in Cincinnati tonight. The amount of time BJ will be out has not been determined yet.
4. First Round World Title Tournament Match: Roderick Strong beat World TV Champion Matt Taven to advance
5. First Round World Title Tournament Match: Michael Elgin pinned Paul London to advance
6. Triple Threat Match: Adrenaline RUSH (ACH & Tadarius Thomas) def. C&C Wrestle Factory (Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander) and The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) when ACH pinned Alexander
7. First Round World Title Tournament Match: Kevin Steen submitted Brian Kendrick to advance
8. Quarter-Final World Title Tournament Match: Adam Cole beat Jay Lethal via Florida Key
9. World Tag Team Title Match: The American Wolves (Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards) beat The Forever Hooligans (Alex Koslov & Rocky Romero) to become the 39th World Tag Champions
