Methods of Payment:
- Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover.
- Debit Cards: If your debit card works the same as a credit card, we accept it.
- Personal Checks: In most cases, orders placed by personal check are shipped the same day. We do reserve the right to hold checks for 14 days until they clear. Personal checks will only be accepted from customers with a U.S. bank account. If you live outside the U.S., please send an international money order. Checks must be received within 10 days of placing the order. Checks should be made out to Ring of Honor Wrestling.
- Money Orders: Orders placed with a money order will ship immediately. Money orders must be received within 10 days of placing the order. Money orders should be made out to Ring of Honor Wrestling.
- Paypal: For more information on Paypal, check out www.paypal.com. All paypal orders should be sent to ROHHelp@aol.com. Paypal is integrated with our shopping cart so you can place your order and then go directly to the Paypal website to make your payment.
How to Order:
- You can place your order directly on the website. Choose your payment method from the options listed above.
- Orders are accept over the phone when paying with a credit card by calling (215) 781-2500 between 9am-5pm EST, Monday thru Friday.
- Mail your order directly to Ring of Honor Wrestling, P.O. Box 1127, Bristol, PA 19007. Please make sure your order includes your name, full address, phone number, item number, and product description. If you place an order online and select the check or money order option, please print out a copy of your order and mail it with your payment.
- Fax you order to (215) 781-0804. Please make sure your order includes your name, full address, phone number, item number, and product description along with your credit card number and expiration date.
- Please note that we only ship complete orders. We do not ship partial orders. Preorder items will ship once all items are in stock. If you need merchandise shipped in different packages then please place separate orders.
Shipping Options:
USPS (United States Postal Service)
UPS (United Parcel Service)
UPS rates vary by location and the weight of your package. UPS delivers Monday-Friday. The weekends and national holidays do not count as business days. You will need to add your items to the shopping cart in order to get the exact UPS shipping cost. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. You must give a physical street address.
The following UPS services are offered:
UPS Next Day Air - Not available in all zip codes. Guarantees your products will arrive one business day after it is mailed.
UPS Second Day Air - Guarantees your products will arrive two business days after it is mailed.
International Orders
All international orders will ship airmail. Orders should take approximately 2 weeks to receive depending on the exact country you live in.
Airmail Rates to Canada
$6.00 for the 1st item, $2.00 each additional item
Airmail Rates Outside of the United States & Canada
$7.00 for the first item, $2.50 each additional item
Return Policy
To process your request as efficiently as possible, in the event that you need to return any item, please note our return policy:
Please email return requests to ROHHelp@aol.com for approval (returns will not be accepted unless prior authorization has been given).
All approved returns must be in good condition in their original packaging and shipped back to Ring of Honor Wrestling, P.O. Box 1127, Bristol, PA 19007.
Claims for discrepancies or damaged merchandise in shipment must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
Orders are non-refundable. We only accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
