 -Take Exit 144 for 7th Ave
-Keep right at the merge & follow signs for 7th Ave
-Travel 1.3 miles and turn right on W. Thomas Rd
-Travel .4 miles on W. Thomas Rd, the parking lot is on the right
-North Gym is off the Northeast corner of the parking lot

 -Head east on E. Washington St
-Turn right on N. Central Ave, travel 2.2 miles
-Turn left on W. Thomas Rd, travel 1 mile
-The parking lot entrance is on the right, the North Gym is off the northeast corner of the parking lot
