“The Gatekeeper” Kelly Klein is inarguably the most dominant competitor Women of Honor has ever seen. From her debut at Glory By Honor in October 2015 until April 2017, Kelly defeated, and sometimes destroyed, some of the very best competitors in the world, building a record-breaking 533 day undefeated streak in the process.
They don’t make them as tough, as strong, or as bad as “Bonesaw” Jessie Brooks.
The Brooklyn native graduated from the Ring of Honor Dojo in 2009, training under Women of Honor pioneer Daizee Haze. Following less than a year of training, “Bonesaw” immediately sought the toughest competition in the country and that saw her travel as far west as Las Vegas and everywhere in between.
Only 24 men have held the ROH World Championship in its 15-and-a-half-year history. It’s an exclusive club for sure, but the list of wrestlers who have competed in ROH and never won the company’s top prize is impressive as well.
Here are five former or current ROH stars who have never been ROH World Champion. To be eligible for the list, a competitor must have spent significant time in ROH and received multiple shots at the world title.
